Club Terms & Conditions 

Effective Date: 23^rd February 2026 

Welcome to Mumadoo Ltd (“Mumadoo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions  (“Terms”) govern membership of Mumadoo and use of our club facilities, services and  events. 

By applying for membership, making payment, booking services, or attending the Club, you  agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1. Introduction 

1.1 Mumadoo Ltd operates private members’ family clubs (“Mumadoo Club” or “the Club”). 

1.2 When your membership application is accepted, a binding contract is formed between  you and Mumadoo Ltd (the “Contract”). 

1.3 These Terms, together with our House Rules and your completed membership  application, form the Contract. 

1.4 We may amend these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary for  operational, legal or commercial reasons. Members will be notified of material changes.  Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

1.5 From time to time, temporary operational rules may apply within the Club. Where  displayed or communicated, such rules form part of these Terms. 

2. Membership 

2.1 Applications must be submitted via our official website or approved process. 2.2 The primary member must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. 

2.3 Membership is offered at Mumadoo’s discretion. We reserve the right to decline any  application without obligation to provide a reason. 

2.4 Membership is personal to the approved family and is non-transferable.

2.5 By registering a child, you confirm that you have full legal authority and parental  responsibility for that child. 

2.6 Members must ensure contact and payment details remain accurate and up to date at all  times. 

3. Fees & Billing 

3.1 Joining Fee 

A joining fee is payable upon acceptance of membership. 

The joining fee secures your family’s place at Mumadoo and is refundable only in  accordance with Sections 4 and 5 below. 

3.2 Monthly Membership Fees 

Membership fees are payable monthly in advance via an authorised recurring payment  method. 

By joining, you authorise Mumadoo to collect membership fees automatically using the payment details provided.  Said details will be kept by a certified third party.  Mumadoo will not keep your full payment details. 

The first month’s membership fee is payable upfront at the time of joining. Thereafter, membership fees will be collected automatically on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set out in these Terms. 

3.3 Commencement 

Membership commences on the start date confirmed by Mumadoo in writing. The first full  month of paid membership constitutes the Trial Period. 

4. Trial Period & Minimum Commitment 

4.1 Trial Period 

All new memberships include a one (1) month Trial Period. Only one Trial Period is  permitted per family. 

4.2 Cancellation During Trial 

If written notice of cancellation is received before the final day of the Trial Period: 

• The joining fee will be refunded in full. 

• The first month’s membership fee is non-refundable. 

• Refunds will be processed within 30–45 days using the original payment method where  possible.

4.3 Minimum Membership Commitment 

Upon completion of the Trial Period, membership automatically continues for a minimum  additional period of six (6) consecutive calendar months (the “Minimum Term”). 

The Minimum Term begins immediately following the Trial Period. 

Membership fees remain payable in full throughout the Minimum Term and are non refundable.  Any outstanding invoices created during the Minimum Term must be paid by the family prior to rejoining the Club in the future. 

5. Cooling-Off Period 

5.1 Where membership is purchased online or at a distance, Members have a statutory 14- day cooling-off period under UK law. 

5.2 By submitting your application and payment details, you request that membership  begins immediately and may therefore commence within the cooling-off period. 

5.3 If cancellation occurs within 14 days: 

• The joining fee will be refunded. 

• Membership fees may be refunded subject to deduction for services already provided. • Refunds will be processed within 30–45 days. 

6. Cancellation & Termination 

6.1 During Minimum Term 

Membership may not be cancelled during the Minimum Term except at Mumadoo’s sole  discretion or in exceptional circumstances. 

6.2 After Minimum Term 

Following expiry of the Minimum Term, membership continues on a rolling monthly basis. 

Members may cancel by providing one full calendar month’s written notice. Membership  will terminate at the end of the applicable notice period. 

6.3 Non-Renewal 

Mumadoo reserves the right not to renew membership at its discretion. 

6.4 Refunds 

Joining fees are non-refundable after the Trial Period has ended. 

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

7. Payment Failure 

7.1 Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for recurring  payments. 

7.2 If a payment fails: 

• Mumadoo will notify you; 

• Outstanding sums must be settled promptly; 

• We may retry the payment method provided. 

7.3 If payment remains outstanding, Mumadoo reserves the right to suspend access to the  Club and its services until the account is brought up to date. 

7.4 Continued non-payment may result in termination of membership. Members remain  liable for all outstanding sums. 

8. Safeguarding & Supervision 

8.1 Mumadoo is a private members’ club and not a childcare provider, except where  explicitly stated for supervised activities. 

8.2 Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times unless  participating in a designated supervised session. 

8.3 Members are responsible for the conduct, safety and wellbeing of their children and  guests. 

8.4 Mumadoo reserves the right to refuse entry or require any individual to leave the Premises where behaviour compromises safety, comfort or the Club environment. 

9. Behaviour & Club Standards 

9.1 Mumadoo exists to provide a respectful, welcoming and elevated environment for  families. 

9.2 Membership may be suspended or terminated where a Member or guest: 

• Breaches these Terms or House Rules; 

• Engages in unsafe, disruptive or abusive behaviour; 

• Fails to supervise children appropriately; 

• Repeatedly fails to make payment.

9.3 Decisions regarding suspension or termination are made at Mumadoo’s discretion and  are final. 

10.Private Hire & Events 

10.1 Event and party bookings are subject to availability and separate booking terms. 

10.2 A 50% payment is required to secure private hire bookings. 

10.3 Payments are non-refundable unless Mumadoo cancels the booking. 

10.4 If Mumadoo cancels a confirmed booking, all monies paid will be refunded in full. 

11.Liability 

11.1 Use of the Club and participation in activities involves inherent risk. 

11.2 Mumadoo shall not be liable for injury, theft, loss or damage except where caused by our negligence or breach of statutory duty. 

11.3 Members must report incidents promptly to a member of staff. 

12.Force Majeure 

12.1 Mumadoo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events  beyond our reasonable control. 

12.2 Such events include (but are not limited to) government restrictions, public health  emergencies, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

12.3 Services may be temporarily suspended where reasonably necessary without liability. 

13.Data Protection 

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and English Law. 

14.Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to  the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
